What Young People Told Us

Trust is something that you build off of each other.
– TrustEd Focus Group Participant

Trust comes with not only someone that you can share things with, but someone who shares their things back.

I think part of the biggest thing, why we don’t have a lot of trustable adults is it’s almost all scripted. Everything they say outside of their role is, ‘What’d you do over the weekend? How are you feeling today?’ Just being able to have those unscripted conversations and interactions are what really build trustable adults.
