Text Campaign

Interested in bite-sized prompts for ways to engage with your child and build a trusting relationship? Sign up for our text campaign to receive two texts per week with conversation and activity prompts to use with the young people in your life!

In our messages, you’ll notice that we use the term “young person” to refer to kids and teens across all stages of growing up. Our content is primarily designed for parents and caregivers of young people ages 11-24: it will highlight how you can remain supportive and connected as they become more independent. But if you care about a young person younger than 11 or older than 24, it’s likely you’ll be able to apply a lot of these ideas to build trust there too.

Start the Conversation

To learn more about talking specifically to your teen about vaping, consider attending our national webinar where we will provide our Start the Conversation training.
